1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with trjl Casino. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. trjl Casino operates in full compliance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations, which mandate a minimum gambling age of 21 years. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and any deposited funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2. Account Creation

To use trjl Casino services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile phone number. You may register only one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be considered duplicate accounts and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your trjl Casino username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify trjl Casino customer support and change your password.

2.4. Restricted Territories

trjl Casino services are intended exclusively for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. Players accessing our services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws. trjl Casino reserves the right to verify your location and restrict access from certain IP addresses or geographic regions.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1. Deposits

trjl Casino accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks, as well as InstaPay and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund confiscation.

3.2. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200.00). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five to fifteen (5-15) minutes for GCash and Maya, and within one to four (1-4) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements. trjl Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension.

3.3. Fees and Limits

trjl Casino does not charge fees for GCash or Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur a processing fee of Fifty Philippine Pesos (PHP 50.00). Daily withdrawal limits are set at One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 100,000.00) for standard members and Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 500,000.00) for VIP members. These limits may be adjusted at trjl Casino's sole discretion.

3.4. Anti-Money Laundering

trjl Casino is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account showing suspicious transaction patterns. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering activities will be immediately frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Gameplay and Betting Rules

4.1. Fair Play

All games offered by trjl Casino utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined solely by random chance and are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with game software or RNG systems constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on trjl Casino: (a) using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (b) colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping; (c) exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical glitches; (d) engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse; (e) using VPN services to mask your true location; (f) creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions; (g) transmitting viruses or malicious code; and (h) engaging in any form of fraudulent or illegal activity.

4.3. Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or system failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. trjl Casino will investigate such incidents and refund affected stakes where appropriate, but shall have no liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from technical malfunctions.

4.4. Maximum Winnings

Unless otherwise specified in individual game rules or promotional terms, there is no maximum limit on winnings from regular gameplay at trjl Casino. Progressive jackpot prizes are paid according to the specific rules of each jackpot game. Promotional bonuses may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1. trjl Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false or misleading information, abuse of bonuses or promotions, collusion with other players, use of unauthorized software or devices, harassment of other players or staff, or any other conduct that we deem inappropriate or detrimental to our business.

9.2. Upon termination, your right to use trjl Casino services will immediately cease. We reserve the right to retain your account balance in the event of termination for breach of these Terms. If termination is for reasons other than breach, we will process the withdrawal of your account balance subject to verification requirements and applicable fees.

9.3. You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of trjl Casino services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted individually and not as part of any class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against trjl Casino.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1. trjl Casino is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

11.3. We may also disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and trjl Casino and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

12.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3. Waiver: No waiver by trjl Casino of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition.

Force Majeure: trjl Casino shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
